Concept design for a country development in Arteaga, Coahuila, with prefabricated homes and recreational amenities in the forest.
The challenge
Communicating a development that doesn't exist yet to future buyers and investors, and helping them picture living there before construction begins.
The approach
An organic layout of housing modules around a body of water, prioritizing privacy, views and pedestrian connections through trails and green areas. Palapas and common areas are spread out to encourage community without breaking the calm of the whole.
The visualization
Aerial views, entrances and eye-level scenes: the image package a development needs for pre-sales, its website and social media.
